Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Revered Enterprises. We take pride in the quality of our products; however, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the right fit.
Because of the limited nature of our inventory, we offer a strict 1-day return window from the time of delivery.
1. The 24-Hour Rule
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 24 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Example: If your item is delivered at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, you must contact us or start the return portal by 2:00 PM on Wednesday.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unused & Unworn: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: Must include all original tags, boxes, and protective wrapping.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Personal care goods (beauty products, earrings, etc.).
4. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email [Your Email Address] or visit our [Return Portal Link] within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide Details: Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Shipment: Once approved, the item must be dropped off at the shipping carrier within [e.g., 48 hours] of the return authorization.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.
Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
