Trax Safety Valve

The TX-52 is a full-lift, high-capacity safety valve engineered for rapid pressure relief. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel spring that holds the valve disc against the seat under normal operating conditions. When the system pressure rises above the set limit, the force of the fluid overcomes the spring tension, lifting the disc and allowing the excess pressure to escape. Once the pressure returns to a safe level, the spring forces the disc back onto the seat, re-sealing the valve. Manufactured from high-grade Stainless Steel and featuring a robust open-bonnet or closed-bonnet design, this valve is IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) approved, ensuring it meets the most stringent safety standards for industrial steam applications.
